How to Order

1. Choose the stone product you'd like to purchase from our range.

2. Measure the area you wish to clad. You'll need:

   • Square metres (m²) for flat panels or stone slips

   • Linear metres (lm) for corner units

3. Let us know if you also require any installation materials such as our adhesive, sealant or mortar.

4. Contact us by email at info@zclad.co.uk or call 01869 050 220 for a quotation. If you're unsure about quantities, we're always happy to help.

5. Once you're happy with the quotation and wish to proceed, we'll confirm your order and send you a secure online payment link via Stripe.

6. After payment is received, we'll arrange delivery and keep you updated throughout the process.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Century Stone, part of the ZClad Natural Stone Cladding Group, we understand that occasionally products may be over-ordered or no longer required. In these circumstances, returns may be accepted subject to the conditions below.

Unwanted Goods & Over-Orders

Customers wishing to return unwanted or surplus materials must notify us in advance.

Please note:

• It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods to our yard.

• Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival before any refund is approved.

Refunds

Approved returns are subject to:

• A 25% re-stocking and handling fee.

• Inspection and approval of the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed for the value of the goods only and will not include any original delivery charges.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns on:

• Damaged goods.

• Opened or partially used materials.

• Special order or bespoke products.

• Goods returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.

If you wish to discuss a return, please contact our team before arranging transport.

Delivery Information

We deliver throughout the UK using both our own transport and trusted third-party hauliers.

From the point of purchase, we typically allow 3–5 working days for delivery. We also offer a next working day delivery service on most orders, provided the order is placed at a reasonable time.

Where deliveries are made via our third-party haulier, they will be arranged as a booked-in tail lift delivery. You will be contacted prior to delivery to agree a suitable date and time. The driver will then use a tail lift and pallet truck to unload and deliver your order safely.

All deliveries are subject to a delivery charge. We do not look to profit from our delivery service and simply charge what is necessary to transport your order safely and efficiently.
