Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver throughout the UK using a combination of our own transport fleet and trusted third-party haulage partners.

Standard Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from the point of purchase. Where required, we also offer a next working day delivery service for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

Third-Party Haulage Deliveries

Where delivery is carried out by one of our haulage partners, the service will be a booked-in tail lift delivery.

The driver will contact you either the day before or on the day of delivery to arrange a suitable delivery window. Vehicles are equipped with a tail lift and pallet truck, allowing your order to be unloaded and delivered kerbside.

In-House Deliveries

Where practical, deliveries may be completed using our own lorry. These deliveries are often accompanied by a JCB Loadall, enabling us to place pallets in a more convenient location on site, subject to access and ground conditions.

Delivery Charges

All deliveries are subject to a delivery charge, which will be included within your quotation. We do not seek to profit from our delivery service and simply charge the cost necessary to transport your order safely and efficiently.

Delivery Access

To help ensure a smooth delivery, we ask customers to provide a brief description of the delivery location when placing an order. Information regarding driveway access, restricted roads, site conditions, overhead obstructions, or any other potential access issues is extremely helpful and allows our drivers to prepare accordingly.

If you have any concerns regarding access for larger vehicles, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to advise.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refund Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have over-ordered materials or wish to return unused goods, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for unused goods that are:

  • In their original packaging.

  • In a clean and undamaged condition.

  • Suitable for resale.

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed).

Please contact us before arranging any return so that we can authorise and advise on the process.

Return Transport

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods to our yard. We can guide you on this.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed for the value of the returned goods, subject to:

  • A 25% restocking and handling fee.

  • Inspection of the returned goods upon arrival.

  • Confirmation that the goods are in a satisfactory condition to be resold.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned materials have been inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns for:

  • Opened, used, installed or damaged materials.

  • Special-order, bespoke or made-to-order products.

  • Products returned without prior notification.

  • Goods that are no longer in a condition suitable for resale.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Any shortages, damages or discrepancies must be reported as soon as possible following delivery. We recommend inspecting all materials upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any issues so that we can resolve them promptly.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by us.
